For countering heart disorders a woman must practice some cardiac exercises regularly. An improper blood circulation can cause major changes in your mood; therefore, it becomes essential to get rid of this problem by exercising daily. This will not only improve your blood circulation but will also lower your blood pressure thereby making you feel fresh. Apart from this, women must have a proper diet which includes lots of fruits and green vegetable that gives her the strength and immunity to fight these effects.

Apart from physical effects, menopause also happens to affect your mentally, causing distress, and depression. A woman must take proper care of her during this period, and must get rid of depression as early as possible because it may be really harmful in the years to come. Most of the effects caused by menopause can be done away with regular exercising; however, there maybe some which would require medicinal treatment. More than anything else, having a positive frame of mind and remaining happy can help you move out from this stage very easily. Hormone replacement therapy can also help you combat the problems, but these therapies usually have some side effects and not much recommended. Creams, herbs and other homeopathic medicines that do not cause any side effect can also be taken on prescription from a doctor.
